How to Subscribe to Hana Accounting

Hana Accounting offers a 30-day free trial, after which the selected plan will be charged monthly. 

Steps to Subscribe

1. Navigate to Hana Accounting Landing Page (Configuration > Hana Accounting)

• Navigate to the Hana Accounting page

2. Choose a Plan

Under the Recommended section, Select one of the following:

• Hana Accounting Only 
• Hana Accounting + Bookkeeping 

3. Enable Subscription

• Toggle “Start Hana Accounting Subscription” to ON.

4. Accept Terms

• Check the confirmation box

5. Click Subscribe

• Click on “Subscribe to Hana Accounting”.
• Subscription will be activated successfully.

Data Sync for Florists

When a florist connects Hana Accounting, the system will sync past data. The time depends on how much data you want to bring in:

Once the setup is done, Invoices, Payments, and Liability will be automatically synced.
